The Opportunity
Come join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe�??s Director of Compensation Business Partnering. This role will support the Digital Media & Creative Cloud organizations within Adobe.

In this role, you will raise the confidence of HR Business Partners and Managers by educating them on Adobe�??s compensation programs to help them make the best rewards decisions. You will help measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs to get results and reward great outcomes.

This Compensation Business partner role requires someone with strong operational & analytical skills who builds solid relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers, through a proactive, consultative, and collaborative approach; while also anticipating needs and demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset to resolving issues.

What you�??ll do
Provide compensation consulting as a dedicated partner to the Digital Media & Creative Cloud business, as well as detailed analysis on all aspects of compensation programs, including base salary, and incentive programs.
Provide support and guidance for HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the year and through the annual Rewards Planning process.
Advise HR Business Partners and Managers in making compensation related recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
Partner with HR Business Partners to educate managers and employees on compensation programs.
Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
Offer compensation support and analysis to support merger and acquisition activity.

What you need to succeed
Bachelor�??s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred
3+ years of global compensation experience
Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modeling outcomes
Demonstrated ability in providing guidance and counsel to leadership.
Ability to communicate effectively in a concise manner.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to handle multiple tasks, shifting priorities and ambiguity while remaining flexible.
Familiarity with compensation compliance rules globally
Strong Excel & Analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal, and written communication skills
Collaborative team player

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position�?�is $56,400 -- $129,600 annually. Pay�?�within this range varies by work location�?�and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,�?�and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
